Her journey in education continued as she worked in the Baltimore County, Harford County, and Baltimore City school systems. Transitioning from the school system, Kelly became an in-home provider for 15 years. The high demand and long waiting list led her to open her own center.

These experiences have further fueled her passion for supporting and advocating for children, particularly those with disabilities.
As the dynamic Owner and Executive Director of Angels of Mine Childcare Center, Kelly has created a nurturing and innovative environment where children can learn and grow. Her leadership has helped the center flourish, offering enriching programs and activities that stimulate young minds.
